When viewing old orders, would be good to be able to re-order the same Maybe as well as suggestions have previously ordered at the top of the menu to make reordering easier

My food should have arrived at 8 but was nearly 9 when it finally arrived. The idea of take away is to relax however my children were hungry and ready for bed so u wouldn’t use you again

Five minutes before my 90 minute delivery time elapsed I was called to say my order hadn't gone at the time I ordered it due to internet being down. They apologised couldn't give me a new time but just said going out on next delivery. Ended up arriving 30 minutes after the stated time of 90 mins wait. No refunded delivery and service charge to apologise. Delivery driver didn't say sorry! Shocking! Do not feel like a valued customer.

Never have a cause to complain. Apart from, tonight we bought 3 banana fritters with our order. They were for the first time inedible- uncooked and no sauce! 3 x banana fritters binned. :(
