Always been happy with the food but the website needs the date format changing as it appears after checking out that I have ordered food for June 3 because the month and date are the wrong way around for the UK. It was correct on the calendar when making the order but changed around after paying, this could lead to confusion. Many thanks, Rob Worrall

It was a very busy valentine's day and our drivers were very stretch. Normally you shouldn't have to wait so long on a normal weekday.

Placed an order 2 hours ago, haven't had any help other than were busy, not the customer service I was expecting, was told another 30 mins. Timer on the website is pointless because they set a time and can't stick to it. If orders can't be kept up with, don't accept them. Really disappointed.

Really good menu chocies, delivery speed was acceptable however expectations were high due to the online delivery tracker which overall left me wondering where my food was. Quite pricey but then that is mainly based on the delivery cost.
